EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY

1.Delivery Costs

All delivery fees associated with returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the client.

2.Eligibility for Replacement

Items made to custom measurements provided by the client are not eligible for return or exchange.

Only standard-sized items are eligible for replacement.

3.Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same product, pending verification.

Clients must provide clear evidence (photos or video) that the item was received in a faulty condition.

Delivery costs for both returning the damaged item and shipping the replacement will be covered by the client.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1.Get in Touch

Please email us with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any visual proof of damage where applicable.

2.Await Approval

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send detailed instructions on how to return the item.

3.Prepare for Return

Returned items must be in their original condition—unworn, undamaged, and free from stains or odors. Tags must be attached, and the item should be repacked in the original packaging.

Use a secure, trackable shipping method when returning your item.

4.Processing Your Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether it meets our return criteria. If approved, your replacement will be processed and you will receive confirmation once it has been dispatched.
